The China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF) is a state-level, grand international fair approved by the State Council and jointly hosted by China's Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Information Industry, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government. It is co-hosted by China's Ministry of Agriculture and the Chinese Academy of Engineering. Organized by the China Hi-Tech Transfer Center, it is held annually from Oct. 12 to Oct. 17 in Shenzhen China.

It includes three major programs as follows:

Option 1: Raw Space (minimum 36sq.m.) Rate: US$200/sq.m.
Option 2: Shell Scheme (2m -3m) Rate: US$1350/One Shell Scheme
Payment Terms
A 30% deposit is required with this application. If the deposit is not received within 30 days, the organizer reserves the right to reposition the exhibitor's booth. The remaining balance is to be payable prior to July 15, 2003. Booth assignment is not confirmed until first installment of payment is received. Applications submitted on or after July 15, 2003 must be accompanied by payment in full.
